To honor the decades long collaborations of John Jarvis, Jay Corzine, and Lin Huff-Corzine, as well as their roles as original members of the Homicide Research Working Group, the membership has established a research-practitioner partnership paper award for an outstanding scholarly paper in the field of homicide or lethal violence that demonstrates the importance of the researcher-practitioner partnership.
